Hi angel! Welcome to my shop. Thank you so much for stopping by. Please take the time to read this FAQ page to gain some information on any questions you may have. I also urge you to keep in mind that I am one person who packages, ships, and creates these pieces all on her own! Your patience and support is endlessly appreciated.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. If you need your order to arrive quicker, please feel free to contact me so we can work something out! After shipping I will send a tracking # out so you can see when your package will arrive to you.

Q: What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
A: Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do on my end if USPS has lost your package. Contact your carrier and go from there! Please keep in mind that this is always a possibility if you are getting something shipped to you. If I have done my due diligence and sent you your tracking number that is the most I can do on my end. I do not offer refunds of any kind if this occurs. 

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges? What happens if I receive my order destroyed?

A: I do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind. If there is an issue please feel free to contact me at any point but also be aware that I am free to decline an offer for this. On that note, if your order arrives destroyed and I have done my part to protect it there will be no refunds! Unfortunately, sometimes USPS isn't the best at handling orders and for that I apologize. 

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: I do custom orders every so often, and when they are open I will have that in the announcement header or on my Instagram!

♡ At the moment I do not ship internationally due to the high shipping costs. If you are interested in this, however, reach out to me. 
♡ Prints/stickers will not be sent with a tracking # since they will be sent by mail in a letter.
♡ If the item you purchased is a gift for someone let me know in the note option at check out if you would like me to include their name or a special note for them!
♡ If a piece has broken over time due to wear & tear or a necklace cord has been broken, I do not offer a free replacement. The necklace cord is something I send out as a temporary holder for your pendant. It is not meant to last forever. You are paying for the pendant not the cord. :) If this occurs though, please reach out because I am always willing to work something out!
